I love the way you've take this from flirty to amusing to downright tension filled. I like the idea of them both testing out each other and Gabriel totally thinking he's got Mohinder right where he wants him only to have Mohinder brilliantly play the Peter card :-) What I dig most is that even though there's humour there's also this charged feeling between them right before as they're feeling each other, the heat of their bodies, watching each other...
And then we almost get that next step between them and I love the image of Mohinder pinned beneath Gabriel thinking "Kiss me" and trying to transfer that command to him.
I absolutely love the twist that they've been focusing on teh wrong mark. The way the angst and tension builds up from the moment the food arrives is incredible. Mohinder is confused and Gabriel is no nonsense business, but also hurt feelings...and those get the better of him. I like that you get both their personal feelings and the big picture mission to overlap so well and the argument reveals both.
